Real Food Does Not Need An Elephant Stamp!


Long after its use by date the heart foundation tick is being retired. The star rating system replacing it is no better. Both are mired in the belief that fat in the diet is bad and that high carbohydrate intake is good.

Real food does not have a label and is not in need of a tick, star or elephant stamp.
