Cherries, nectarines, watermelon and citrus are great for the skin. Get adequate Vitamin A, C and E together with Zinc and Selenium. Fish oils (omega 3) and Co enzyme Q10 are good too.
To slow skin aging from the outside, you do not need thousands of products. A good moisturizer suited to your skin type with anti-aging properties, which are put onto a clean skin are the basics. Go for ones that have no parabens, sulphates or petroleum added. Go for ones that have natural high quality ingredients. Go for ones, which do not stress the budget.
